rules and points for july game
* drink 8 cups of water for 20 points (140 pts.)
* follow your own food plan for 30 points (210 pts.)
* follow your own exercise plan for 30 points (210 pts.)
* good habit each day for 10 points (70 pts.)
* achieve weight goal for the week (50 pts.)
* post score by noon on friday (20 pts.)
A perfect score for the week is worth 700 points. You may have a free day on each rule without a point penalty. Post your plan (food plan, exercise plan, good habit and weight goal - i.e. lose 1/2 pound per week, maintain, etc.) by the start day of the game. It will be $10 per month to play with weekly winners receiving $5 and the remainder of the money going to the monthly winner.

Sorry to see him go...I was hoping there would be at least one other "noncommittal" husband involved, but alas! Did I mention Brett is actually working on his journal as we speak...GASP!!!
