glad to be back. 4 weeks of playing this game and being careful with what i eat = 3 pounds lost. 5 days of not playing this game and not being careful = 3 pounds gained. i am with you kimmie, i need to do this for the rest of my life. it feels good to be back with some discipline.
Seriously, it is frightening how fast it comes back. I really don't know why I don't weigh 200 pounds because it seems I too have gained back the weight that I lost last game just eating mindlessly like I used to. Doesn't make me too happy, but I am glad to be back in the saddle again. Going off the diet just reinforces how crucial it is to always be aware of what you are putting in you body. I am going to enjoy the next 4 weeks.
stace - i just saw that we are partners and i am so excited! if you want to be with your fam damily, it is okay by me, i will be fine without a partner, but it is sure fun having you with me.
